Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Home of Hydroponics. We hope that you will be really happy with your purchase. If for some reason this isn’t the case then we are happy to offer a full refund (the value of product / products you are returning).

Terms & Conditions

  1. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

  2. The product must be in the same condition and packaging that you receive it, unopened and undamaged in any way.

  3. Home of Hydroponics will not accept responsibility for any goods that are lost in transit. We recommend that you use a “signed for” and insured delivery method to protect yourself against any loss.

  4. After we receive your item, the Home Of Hydroponics team will inspect it and process your refund.

  5. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  6. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

  7. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  8. If the goods arrive in a damaged condition then you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.

  9. We will ask for photos of the packaging and damaged items and a completed returns form which we will send you.

  10. If you do not inform us within 7 days, we will not be liable for goods said to be damaged upon delivery.

  11. If you wish to return a product then firstly please contact us with the title “Returning goods” or similar title and explain the issue.

  12. You will be required to pay for the return postage to us unless the return is as a result of a defect in the product.

  13. We ask that you also provide a copy of the receipt when you return the product.

  14. Once you contact us, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

  15. Once we have received the return we will contact you again to confirm whether we will accept the return and issue your refund or send a replacement product, which ever is your preference stated in the returns form.
